Many of you have heard this one. Oh how true it is, in every area of life .. and especially in our fitness! What did you do to meet your goals last year? Did you achieve what you wanted? Or did you come short?
I know, it’s a convicting question .. but it is only meant to help us all realize that if we didn’t get what we really wanted, then we have to tweak some things. Have you had a functional movement assessment? Are you following an annual/monthly/weekly workout plan? Do you keep a food diary and make healthy food choices, and portion sizes?
Are you following through with your plan? Are you doing whatever you need to to achieve your goals daily? We may have big goals, but they are achieved and conquered one choice at a time .. one day at a time .. then one week, one month .. and before you blink, one year goes by .. how did you spend it?
Make the decision to commit to whatever goals you have for 2014. Do what you know needs to be done! Ad if you don’t know what needs to be done but know that something has to change, let me know, and I will help. 🙂
