Think twice before you speak, because your words and influence will plant the seed of either success or failure in the mind of another.
Napoleon Hill
How do your words effect others?
“The words you speak become the house you live in…….
Choose carefully. Words are powerful. They can only be forgiven, but are rarely forgotten. People may not remember what you were wearing, what you were driving, or where you were going…..but people will always, always, always remember how you made them feel.”

You have before you the choice to speak words of life or words that bring death to others .. Life/death of confidence, enthusiasm, self-esteem, dreams .. And you can see which you’re speaking by their reactions.
Pay attention to it today .. And make an effort to consciously choose to build those around you up rather than tear them down. More than likely, you never intended to tear another person down, but you did it without noticing. Its important to recognize this so we can fix it. Yes, it hurts to bring our shortcomings to light, even if it is just to ourselves and no one else can see. But there is a necessity to it .. Much like pruning a rosebush, to take away the dead branches so that new life can spring forth in beautiful fashion.
