So after my run the other day, I wanted something super tasty .. And a little sweet .. But definitely nutritious. Here’s a quick little smoothie recipe I made that you’re sure to love! 🙂

Aubrey’s Strawberry Protein Smoothie
• 1 cup frozen strawberries
• 1 scoop Muscle Milk Lean Muscle Protein Powder – Vanilla Creme flavor
• 1 Dannon Light & Fit yogurt (tastes great with strawberry or blueberry)
• 1/2 cup almond (or almond/coconut, my preference) milk

Put in blender. My roommate has one of these nifty little blenders (you can see it in the pic) that you just put your ingredients in, screw a blade on top, and blend it up .. Easy to clean up and it’s already in your container to go, just screw on the regular lid!

Add straw for maximum enjoyment.
