However, I have my suggestion: to exercise first thing in the morning.

1. No one else is vying for your time quite yet!
2. You won’t have to think about it or spend mental energy on it for the rest of the day!

How: Tune in for practical tips and reasons to wake up a wee bit earlier and get your exercise/workout in so you can energize yourself for your day ahead!
