How does your service stand out?
Holistic approach to life. This means: mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, relational, and occupational. What you do and how you feel about that in one area of your life affects the other areas of your life, whether you’re consciously aware of it or not. I have a plethora of experience in my own life, combined with the experience of coaching others, combined with the studies I have done on human behavior and change.
What do you enjoy about the work you do?
The ability to facilitate sustaining lifestyle change in an enjoyable fashion. The ability to inspire upward growth and personal empowerment within others, and to inspire perspective -shifting that can take a seemingly hopeless situation towards one of peace, hope, and strength, and get you pointed in the direction you really want to go.
What is your typical process for working with a new client?
I begin with an a series of questions and an assessment to determine not only where a client is starting from, but also if we are a good fit to work together towards the achievement of their goals.
What types of clients have you worked with?
From busy entrepreneurs, to retirees, to those in transitions. Ages have ranged from 24 – 78. Male and female. Those who have been active in the past, and those who have never been active. I meet those I work with precisely where you are and co-craft unique game plans to get you on the path to where you want to go, both efficiently and effectively.
What questions should clients think through before talking to you about their goals?
You do not need to “prepare” to get a coach. I meet you where you are – don’t ever feel like you need to get “in shape” physically, mentally, or emotionally, or get moving or in process before coming to me. You don’t have to already have a clear cut vision where you want to go with your life – simply that you want a change. This is what I am here for.
What advice would you give a client looking to hire a coach in your area of work?
Connect with me. I am more than willing to give you 15 minutes on the phone asking about your goals, helping both you and I to further define and understand them and how they play into the rest of your life, and then offer what I can do to help, if it makes sense.
If your question is not featured here, please do not hesitate to reach out to me and ask. Thank you!
