How does my service stand out?

Holistic approach to health, fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?

The ability to facilitate sustaining lifestyle change in an enjoyable fashion.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I begin with an a series of questions and an assessment to determine not only where a client is starting from, but also if we are a good fit to work together towards the achievement of their goals.

What types of clients have I worked with?

From busy entrepreneurs, to retirees, to those in transitions. Ages have ranged from 24 – 78. Male and female. Those who have been active in the past, and those who have never been active. I meet those I work with precisely where they are and craft unique game plans to get them where they want to go, both efficiently and effectively.

What questions should clients think through before talking to me about their goals?

You do not need to “prepare” to get a coach. I meet you where you are – don’t ever feel like you need to get “in shape” or get moving before coming to me. You don’t have to entirely understand where you want to go with your health, fitness and wellness – simply that you want a change. This is what I am here for.

What advice would I give a client looking to hire a coach in your area of work?

Call me. I am more than willing to give you 15 minutes on the phone asking about your goals, helping both you and I to further define and understand them and how they play into the rest of your life, and then offer what I can do to help.

If your question is not featured here, please do not hesitate to reach out to me and ask. Thank you!
